Camera Pro 3.0.4 (SIGNED)

CameraPro processes images in background, so you can capture more images directly after taking a picture. But CameraPro provides 100% quality (=raw jpeg) by default which results in up to 5 times larger image sizes (like 10 MB instead of 2 MB). Thus sometimes CameraPro can be a little bit slower than the built in camera when taking pictures with 100% quality.

Avatar HD for NOKIA N8 SIGNED

You play the part of Cpt. Ryan Lorenz, and ‘submit your human consiousness into the body of an experimental human-Na’vi hybrid” (basically you control a humanoid type creature) – just like the avatars found in the film. You can run, shoot, jump, climb and lots of other things, using a mixture of onscreen buttons and an onscreen joypad (just like the one in Real Football 2010 HD).
The controls work really well, with multi-touch support letting you press several buttons at once, and the onscreen joypad proving very responsive and accurate.
Your job – at least once you get out of the training compound, is to find particular objects, working your way through the various 3D worlds. The camera pans around the avatar, but usually spends most of the time following it. As such, it’s easy to see everything that’s going on.
The graphics in Avatar HD are simply amazing – this is without a doubt one of the nicest looking games we’ve seen to date on a mobile phone. It really does take advantage of the Nokia N8′s dedicated GPU, yet everything runs quickly and smoothly. The scenery is incredibly lifelike, with a real sense of depth.
The gameplay is equally compelling, with the graphics, controls and general speed of the game all combining to make a title that’s impossible to put down.

New Store QML Client for Nokia N8 Belle

The Nokia Beta Labs as well as the Nokia Store is always providing updates for the applications on the Nokia N8 which means improved performance each time. Today’s Nokia Store update introduces a new user interface for the “contacts us” page, as well as improved reactions when there is a connection loss meaning that the network system of the NOKIA N8 either has issues or the update itself drags issues with it.

Normally after starting the Nokia Store, I would receive slow response if I scroll down or up at the “featured” page but now with the updated version the scrolling response has improved – less irritation for the user. An issue that I noticed here on the improvements list is that it mentions that the user is able to sign in via Facebook but when I tried, there was no such option.
